All fixtures are set and will not be altered. If for whatever reason your team cannot play it is your club’s responsibility to inform the opposition and the venue co-ordinator at least 48 hours prior to KO. Failure to show for a match and not informing the opposing team will result in a £30 fine (to be included in club fees).
It is the responsibility of the teams kicking off at 9am to make sure the pitch / nets are ready. It is the responsibility of the teams playing in the final game to return the nets, ball (and cones if necessary), to co-ordinator. Match balls are supplied! It is the responsibility of the team manager / coach to pass the ball on to the next team playing; failure to do this or loss of a match ball will result in a £10 fine for both teams (to be included in club fees). It is the responsibility of the team manager / coach to kick off as close to on the hour as possible. Both teams should be clear of the pitch by 9.55; 10.55 & 11.55 to allow for the next game (team talks should be done off pitch). Timings for the ‘Mugga’ pitch at Bangor Aurora 3G are different and teams should clear immediately after their game, making way for the next set of teams.
Please be aware that coaches and players are NOT permitted to have any sort of fizzy, energy or sports drinks during their time at the games centre; water is encouraged!
